The Tenancy Practice Service was established in 1995. Our mission is to educate New Zealand Property Managers and investors on the correct practices of tenancy management while offering the necessary support and advice through this process.

We advise over 500 property management offices, and over 1500 private investors nationwide.

Each product and service we offer has been specifically designed to help give the greatest protection possible to the landlord and the rental property.

Advice and mentoring: This is our consultancy service. Offices have the ability to access Scotney for unlimited telephone advice throughout the week for assitance with any tenanay legal issue they have on hand.

Protection and insurance: This is comprised of legal documentation such as tenancy agreements, management authorty, sundry letting authority or resuorces such as the tenancy practice manual.

Training: We currently offer a range of training options incleuding the Platinum Programme Stage 1 and Stage 2 (Stage 3 is still under construction), and the Investor Pro Series.
